ENROLLMENT

Thank you for your interest in Windsor Christian Academy!

To enroll your student, please download our Enrollment Packet which will include the instructions, checklists, fees and forms you will need to complete the process. 

To enroll your student, fill out the steps as listed below. If you have any questions, contact us at the bottom of our page.

Step 1- Sign in to School Speak below. If you're new, you will need to setup an account.

All applications include:

​

  • Parent's Agreement

  • Tuition Rate, Fee Schedule and Contract

  • Student Record Release Form 

  • $100 per student application fee

  • Educational Recommendation 

Step 2- Schedule an appointment for placement testing.

All new students are required to take this test to assess class placement. For prospective kindergarten students, a screening for "Kindergarten Readiness" will be required. To arrange this appointment, please email us at office@windsorchristianacademy.org.

Step 3- Schedule an appointment to interview with one of our WCA Administrators and a Pastor from Windsor Christian Church.

Step 4- All students new to WCA will not be considered enrolled until the parents receive a formal letter of acceptance via email. If the class is full in the student's grade level, we will notify parents as early as possible that the student is on the waiting list. 

Step 5- Kindergarten students must have proof of all immunizations prior to the first day of school. Also a copy of the child's live birth certificate is required prior to school entrance.
